Rafi Zack
Co-founder and CEO
Rafi Zack, Co-founder and CEO of EchoCare Technologies Ltd. and EchoCare Medical, brings more than 30 years of extensive experience in technology, management, business development and entrepreneurship. Before founding EchoCare, he was the Senior Director of Emerging Technologies at Alvarion (Indoor mobile coverage and capacity), Founder and CEO of Sixtycom (mmWave-based Contactless Virtual Connector), VP Products of Wisair (UWB SoC) and SoC System Manager of DSP Communications (acquired by Intel for $1.6B).
Mr. Zack holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and studied for his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering at Tel Aviv University.

Ofer Elazar
VP of Operations
Ofer Elazar, Vice President of Operations at EchoCare, has more than 30 years of experience in Communication Systems Engineering, Projects Management and Business Management. He served as Business Unit Manager at DSP Communication and then Business Unit Manager Cellular Division at Intel; he established and managed the Israeli site of Mobilygen Corporation; and he served as Director of Product Marketing Cellular Division at Marvel Israel.
Mr. Elazar holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, a program of Northwestern University and the Recanati School of Business at Tel Aviv University.

Dov Sugarman
VP of Business Development & Strategy
Dov Sugarman, Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, has built a 20-plus-year career in cultivating Senior Care and related technologies. His credits include launching Secure Senior Connections with Richard Burke (United Healthcare); founding Mediterranean Towers Ventures, the only fund in Israel investing exclusively in AgeTech-focused companies; leading Technology for Aging at Israel’s leading senior services development agency; and managing nursing homes in Oregon and Washington.
Dov is the Aging2.0 Ambassador for Israel and a mentor at the Techstars Future of Longevity Accelerator. He earned a Masters of Public Health from Oregon State University in Health Policy and Management with a focus on Long-term Care.
